Most athletes crush the first minute and survive the last nine. We train you to sustain. By mixing zone 2 structural work with interval thresholds, we build a massive aerobic base. SKILL DENSITY

It’s easy to do a big set of muscle-ups when you’re fresh. It’s a different game when your heart rate is at 170bpm. We increase your "gymnastics density"—forcing you to perform high-skill movements (HSPU, chest-to-bars, handstand walks) under metabolic stress. You’ll build the muscular endurance to maintain perfect mechanics even when your grip is frying.
