Jason Grubb’s mantra, “Consistency Breeds Success,” has propelled him from a sedentary lifestyle to becoming one of the most celebrated Masters athletes in CrossFit history.

In his competitive journey, he secured seven CrossFit Games Masters Championships, including a seventh consecutive title in 2026, and consistently placed on top of the podium in various international competitions.

Prior to his CrossFit fame, Grubb had careers as a wedding photographer, a psychotherapist, and even a professional poker player.
