ENGINE 

Most athletes crush the first minute and survive the last nine. We train you to sustain. By mixing zone 2 structural work with high-intensity interval thresholds, we build a massive aerobic base. You will learn to recover while working, flushing lactate efficiently so you can keep the pedal down while your competition is resting on their knees.

SKILL DENSITY

It’s easy to do a big set of muscle-ups when you’re fresh. It’s a different game when your heart rate is at 170bpm. We increase your "gymnastics density"—forcing you to perform high-skill movements (HSPU, chest-to-bars, handstand walks) under metabolic stress. You’ll build the muscular endurance to maintain perfect mechanics even when your grip is frying.

STRENGTH

The Open rewards efficiency. We combine absolute strength work (raising your ceiling) with aggressive barbell cycling protocols. The goal isn't just to lift more; it's to make standard RX weights move effortlessly. You will learn to cycle the bar without spiking your heart rate, preserving your energy for the movements that actually separate the leaderboard.
