The track

This is the program Jason trains on.

Bolder Elite is built for competitive Masters athletes training to qualify for, or podium at, the highest levels. Full periodization, full skill progression through competition-level expression, battery work under fatigue, all three barbell buckets. This is the program Jason trains on. Masters athletes don't need more suffering. They need better sequencing and strategic intensity.

Bolder Elite questions

How long are the workouts?

Sessions run 1.5–2.5 hours. This is a full training session for serious competitors, not a quick hit.

Is this beginner-friendly?

No. Elite is designed for experienced competitors. If you're building your base, start with Base or Scaled and progress from there.

What equipment do I need?

A fully equipped CrossFit gym — barbells, gymnastics rings, rowers, bikes, pull-up bars, and standard competition equipment.

How is this different from other competition programs?

This is the program Jason follows himself. It's built around Masters-specific recovery needs, not just scaled-down Open programming.

Is Bolder Elite a separate purchase?

Bolder Elite is part of the Bolder Athlete membership — giving you access to all 9 training tracks for one price ($39.99/mo).
